...or at least generally available, especially in the valley. It is said that the bay area is probably the highest concentration of PHD's in the world. Not sure it is an absolute, but it might be pretty close to reality.
What is really hard to find is - smarts and execution. Smart folks who can work with other focused passionate people all aligned in reaching a specific goal, not those seduced with just IQ and ideas. Smart folks that can wear many hats and don't need titles or a staff to get things done.
